Acupuncture

Traditional Chinese Medicine focuses on finding the root of a problem and treats the cause and the symptoms at the same time. Being a Physical Therapist and Registered Acupuncturist allows us to choose which discipline would be most effective for your specific problem or combine them for the best results.

Physiotherapy

Physiotherapists are university trained to diagnose and treat many physical problems. We also provide education and exercises to prevent reoccurrences. The goal of physiotherapy is to get and keep you moving. Treatments may include IMS, manual therapy, acupuncture, and exercise prescription. We continually re-assess your progress and adjust your treatment as you take steps towards recovery.
